ONCALL Training College is an identified permitted industry during Stage 4 ‘Stay at Home’ Restrictions.
Our COVIDSafe Plan is designed to enable the ongoing provision of vital services therefore we will continue to provide limited on-site mandatory training to essential service health care workers only during the Stage Four Restrictions in Victoria.
This course is deemed Education & Training - Study for health care workers where remote delivery is not possible:
- First Aid & CPR*
*Onsite face to face First Aid & CPR is recommended for new to industry workers. Participants requiring a refresher course are asked to complete the online theory version with a practical session to occur following the completion of Stage 4 restrictions.
All other courses are currently delivered by remote learning and will continue in that format.

ONCALL Training College (OTC) now offer a greater choice for you maintain your industry qualifications and remain up to date with your First Aid and CPR.
This short course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support (CPR), management of casualty(s), the incident and other first Aiders, in a range of situations, including in the home, workplace or within the community, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.
This course requires a theoretical and practical assessment. Content is based on Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines.
ONCALL Training College (OTC) are providing 2 methods of delivery:
- Method 1 - Attend the full day face to face
- Method 2 - Complete the theory online, receive a Certificate of theory completion, then attend a 3-hour practical component at our Surrey Hills location
The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends this training be updated every three years.

Additional information
- All face to face and online course material provided.
- On successful completion of this course, students will be issued with a statement of attainment.
- All courses are delivered by qualified trainers and assessors with relevant sector experience.
- The face to face delivery will include an observation assessment.
- The online theory component must be completed before the practical element is delivered.
