Our Wound Management & Skin Care Training Course in Victoria is a practical, face-to-face short course designed for support workers, carers, and healthcare staff supporting individuals with skin integrity and wound care needs. This NDIS-aligned training focuses on best practice wound management, pressure care, and infection prevention, helping you deliver safe, compliant, and person-centred care across disability, aged care, and community settings.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the fundamentals of wound management and skin care
  • Identify early signs of skin breakdown, pressure injuries, and infection

  • Support safe positioning and mobility to protect skin integrity

All course material is provided. At the successful completion of the workshop, participants are given a Certificate of Completion. All courses are delivered by qualified trainers and assessors with relevant sector experience. All courses require an in-class assessment.
